Our Renewal Removal service offers a cost and timeline competitive alternative to traditional demolition.

We often work with coastal Indigenous communities to support their housing needs. We reduce waste and save embodied carbon. Local neighbourhoods and local city councils celebrate seeing good homes repurposed.
OUR PROCESS
-
A team member conducts an initial virtual inspection of your home to evaluate its condition, structural integrity, and potential for relocation and repurposing.
-
If the home passes the virtual inspection, we schedule an on-site assessment to gather more detailed information about the property’s size, materials, and overall suitability.
We analyze the home’s relocation feasibility, considering factors such as accessibility, transport logistics, and community needs.
-
Based on our assessment, we provide you with a detailed proposal outlining the removal process, timeline, and benefits.
Once the proposal is approved, we coordinate with you and our expert partners to prepare the home for relocation, including obtaining necessary permits.
-
The home is carefully transported to its new location, where it will be modernized and repurposed to serve its new purpose in the community, or responsibly deconstructed.
We ensure the original site is left clean and ready for your next steps, offering additional services like recycling and material salvage if required.
